uplink
2 Gbps uplink, 1 Gbps to your server
Our uplink to the internet is 2 Gbps over fiber. Each server connects to it through its own dedicated 1 Gbps port.
addressing
Our own IPv4 and IPv6
We operate our own /24 of public IPv4 address space, so your addresses come from us, not a reseller. One IPv4 address is included with every server, and additional addresses are $5 per month each. IPv6 is available on request.
isolation
A private VLAN per customer
Each customer gets a private VLAN, isolating your traffic from other tenants on the same facility network.
out of band
Out-of-band access, independent of the OS
Every server ships with an iDRAC operator account for out-of-band management: power control, remote console, and hardware monitoring, independent of the server’s own operating system. For remote access to out-of-band management and to your private network, we provide WireGuard VPN access.
uptime
99.9% uptime SLA
Servers are covered by a 99.9% uptime SLA, with credits for qualifying downtime. See the Service Level Agreement for how credits are calculated and claimed.

Power and cooling
Facility power is backed by UPS and an on-site generator, with dedicated cooling for the hardware.
